About Giland

We started with one plot in Kigamboni. Now we help families across Tanzania.

Giland was founded in 2012 by Gilbert M. after he spent two years fighting to get a clean title on his own family land. That frustration became our business.

Today, every plot we list is visited in person, checked against Ardhi records, and confirmed with the local ward office before it goes on this website. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, we don't list it.
